About the project
Community brief
The Adelanto Senior Center concept brings dining, games, cultural activities, and outdoor gathering into a 16,000-square-foot civic program for older adults.
Design approach
A central hexagonal form organizes the proposal, with a spherical amphitheater as a shared event space. The concept includes a restaurant, game room, entrance water feature, and shaded outdoor areas.
Flexibility and comfort
Windcatchers and movable ceiling and wall elements are proposed as part of the approach to comfort and adaptable use. The existing portfolio dates the concept to 2022; these are design intentions rather than verified operating-performance claims.
