About the project
Residential brief
The Avenida De Felicidad residence in Murrieta brings a range of living and leisure spaces into an 8,000-square-foot residential design. The program combines contemporary interiors with a landscaped outdoor setting.
Design approach
The backyard is organized around an infinity pool and gardens. A dedicated yoga room provides a quieter indoor setting, while climate-controlled wine storage and a private cinema support entertaining and home recreation.
